This sketchbook is a sewn-boards binding, bound by hand at Booksmith Conservation in Austin, Texas. Sketchbook measures 5 ½” X 7 ½” and opens completely flat. The textblock is 160 pages of Mohawk Superfine, 25% cotton, acid-free, 80-pound paper, sewn properly by hand. Mohawk paper has a smooth finish and works well with most media. Decorative endsheets by Cambridge Imprint in England are also used as a spine lining for an extra, not-quite-hidden decoration.

These sketchbooks are sturdy, beautiful, and made to withstand plenty of use.
